Step #1. You fill out our contact form. We get the notification, do a happy dance, and start chatting about the big day to see if we are a good fit.

After sending you some info about the Bright Lights Wedding Experience, we will set up a time to chat via phone or zoom and we will go over a schedule for your wedding to make sure you get all the big moments covered!

We do ANOTHER even bigger happy dance and are so stoked to welcome you to the Bright Lights Fam :)))) This is where the fun begins! We start planning the wedding schedule and make time to get to know you as a couple!

YOU SAY YES!

We send over our engagement outfit planning guide, find a dream location, and style your session! We love to think of an engagement session as a date with Kayla as your pro third wheel (that just so happens to have a camera ;) Many couples come to us saying they are nervous to be behind the camera but WE GOT YOU! We will tell you where to place you hands so they look natural, use prompt based posing, and I promise you will fee like a posing pro in no time! Kayla has spent YEARS mastering how to pose people in an authentic way and the results are images that truly FEEL LIKE YOU!

Although photos are important, it is also super important that you have time to celebrate with your guests and time with your brand new spouse to hangout and rock the dance floor! We use our experience to craft a beautiful day of timeline so you can have it all- beautiful photos and time to soak up the celebration with the people you love most! A few months before the wedding, we send out a questionnaire, come up with a photo list (so you have 0 photo regrets) and by the time of the wedding, you relax and enjoy the day knowing we have everything covered :)

I know what you are thinking! You want to see the photos! We got you :))) After every wedding, we send previews within 48 hours and have a fast 4 week turn around time so you can enjoy your images and videos while you still have the "I JUST GOT MARRIED AND IT WAS AWESOME" wedding high.

Many of our couples choose to print a gorgeous album or to order wall art so they can enjoy their wedding photos printed every day in their homes. After the big day, we often stay in touch and continue photographing our couple's milestone moments!

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER & VIDEOGRAPHER?

Kayla started photography professionally in 2013 and went full time with photography in 2016. Chris has been doing video for years but joined the Bright Lights video team officially in 2017.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS HAVE YOU DONE?

Over 200! And each one is still so special!

DO WE GET ACCESS TO ALL THE EDITED PHOTOS?

Yes! We believe that every image is so important at a wedding day and that each image is a part of telling your story. Each image is hand edited for color correction and you will receive all images in high-resolution with rights to re-print so you can enjoy the images however you choose!

HOW DO I GET THE PHOTOS?

When your photos are edited and ready, you will receive a link (via email) to a custom online gallery. The gallery will be active for one year and you can download your images from the gallery in both high-resolution format and low-resolution for social media sharing. The BEST PART? You can send the gallery link to friends and family or post it on your wedding website so friends and family can see your wedding images.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY PHOTOS & VIDEOS?
We have a very fast 4 week turn around time and send preview images within 48 hours!

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we are! Happy to send proof of insurance to your venue

ARE YOU IN FLORIDA OR MASSACHUSETTS?

Both! We split our time between MA & FL, because Massachusetts holds our roots (our family is here) and we just fell in love with Florida together (and love escaping all the snow for sunshine)!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

We have passports are are ready to go! We adore destination weddings! So far, we have done weddings in Aruba, California, Arizona, and many other amazing places.

ARE THEIR TRAVEL FEES?

Travel is included for ALL of Florida, ALL of New England (with the exception of a small travel fee to Martha's Vineyard & the islands to cover the ferry & 1 night in a hotel). For destination weddings, we will provide travel info in your personalized quote.

DO YOU OFFER PRINTS AND ALBUMS?

We truly think it is SO important to print your photos. Your wedding is one of your happiest days in your life and it will bring you SO much joy to see the printed images every day instead of having them live on a hard drive.

HOW MUCH DOES THE BRIGHT LIGHTS IMAGERY EXPERIENCE COST?

We like to get to know all of our clients well to ensure we’d be a perfect fit! Please fill out the contact form and we will set up a consultation call to go over which collection would be best for your unique day.

Wedding Photography Packages begin at 3450. Associate Wedding Photography Packages begin at 2800. Micro Weddings/Elopements begin at 500/hour. Wedding Video starts at 1600 with photography and 2200 without photography.
